The Origin: From the Himalayas to the Coast

For over two decades, our founder Kinara built a thriving career in the fast-paced world of luxury hospitality. She spent her life curating five-star experiences and managing corporate timelines. But beneath the momentum, there was always a quiet hum, a longing for something slower, more grounded, and deeply authentic.

Kinara’s story begins in the misty hills of Darjeeling. Waking up to awe-inspiring views of the Kanchenjunga range, she developed a deep reverence for nature and a quiet pull toward the beauty of generational craft. She realized early on that there is an undeniable soul in things made by human hands.

We are more than a brand; we are a bridge between cultures, between fast and slow, between memory and modern living.

As life took her across continents, refining her eye for design and spatial curation, she eventually found her second home in Australia. It was here, surrounded by the quiet, earthy landscape, that the vision for Lets Earth finally materialized.

She left the corporate luxury world to build a different kind of luxury: one defined by time, intention, and heritage.

Kinara leads the brand with heart and uncompromising intention. She is the bridge to our Jaipur factory, personally steering the creative vision, nurturing our artisan relationships, and curating our B2B wholesale partnerships.

Srijoo | Digital Voice & Original Art 

Kinara’s lifelong friend, Srijoo is the heartbeat of our brand’s narrative. Drawing from a deep background in luxury guest services, she architects our digital ecosystem, ensuring every online touchpoint remains honest, human, and deeply felt. A gifted artist in her own right, Srijoo’s hand-drawn sketches form the creative foundation for many of our exclusive, bespoke textile prints.

Andy | Design & Sourcing (Based in Jaipur) -

Our anchor on the ground. With a formal background in Fashion Design and Merchandising, Andy lives and works directly in Jaipur. She nurtures our artisan connections by interpreting Lets Earth’s contemporary design aesthetics with the ancient, generational heritage knowledge of local artisans. She bridges the gap between traditional craft and modern technical execution, ensuring our complex textiles are developed to the highest ethical and structural standards.
