Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Lets Earth takes a lot of pride in offering you quality products that are ethically made from certified organic cotton (indicated on select collections), cotton velvet, and natural cotton. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or need a different size, you can submit a return within 30 days of the date of delivery for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

PLEASE NOTE:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date of delivery.

There is no refund on items purchased during sales or last chance, although we can offer a store credit or exchange. Exception: this doesn't apply if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described; you are entitled to a full remedy on those regardless of sale status. 

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. 

We would greatly appreciate, before unfolding/using/washing Bedding items, to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the item chosen - most of our items are packaged in their own matching Lets Earth Cotton Bag.

Sets (e.g. Duvet Cover Set & Cushion covers) or pairs (e.g. cushion covers) must be returned together, in original condition.

Bundles (2 Packs, 6 Packs, etc.) may have individual items returned for exchange or store credit; a refund is only available if the entire bundle is returned.

Items gifted within a Free Gift with Purchase offer are not eligible for a return. If any of the item/s purchased to receive this free gift are returned, then the Free Gift must also be returned in their original condition.

Change of mind or sizing exchanges: return shipping and the shipping cost of sending the new item back are both the buyer's responsibility.

Change of mind or sizing returns for refund/store credit: return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, as before.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged item etc.).

RETURN EXCLUSIONS - 

Please note, the items below are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund. 

  1. Gift Cards
  2. Marked-down items or items purchased as part of any sale, including flash sales like Black Friday, Christmas, and Boxing Day sales, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, in which case your consumer law rights above apply in full.
  3. Any items purchased from an independent stockist, please contact the store directly. 
  4. Any item that has been used, or is not in its original condition with tags intact.
  5. Items that have been damaged or washed by the customer.
  6. If you are returning a set (eg pair of cushion covers), all items in the set must be returned together in their original condition and in their packaging
  7. If you are returning items purchased as part of a Bundle (or a 2 Pack or 6 Pack), individual items within the bundle may be returned for an exchange or store credit. 
  8. A refund on a Bundle is only available where the entire Bundle is returned in original condition.
  9. We use reasonable efforts to display our colours and images as accurately as possible. Screen resolutions vary, and colours may appear slightly different on different devices. We cannot guarantee your screen's display of any colour will be perfectly accurate. Colour can also read differently depending on the light it's seen in — a piece can look noticeably different indoors versus outdoors, or under warm versus natural light, and this is especially true of our cotton velvet pieces, where the pile shifts tone depending on the angle and quality of light hitting it. 
  10. All our products are crafted by hand which means, you might see some charming imperfections and slight variances in colour and design. These unique qualities are what make each piece special and uniquely yours
